Shipping & Returns


Orders within the contiguous USA are shipped from Los Angeles, CA, and typically ship in 4-7 business days, depending on the destination location. Please allow 1-2 days for processing during peak shipping seasons. Standard shipping is free on all orders over $50.

Orders shipping to US territories outside of the contiguous USA will take a little longer to arrive, so please allow up to 14 days of transit time.

If you need your package to arrive sooner, we do offer an express (1-2 day) shipping option at checkout. The cost varies based on the size of your order.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless we discuss otherwise. If you believe we should cover the costs for your case send us an email at team@americandreamhouse with all of your order details.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Refunds & Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, you should contact us to see if your case is eligible.

To complete your return, we need you to email a receipt or order confirmation our way along with your request.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer!

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, this would be for any item not in its original condition where the damage or missing parts happened outside of our control.

Processing Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card statement again. Sometimes it takes a few days to post.
